Please call for home inspection & radon testing cost estimate

You should definitely consider a pre-listing inspection.  A pre-listing inspection gives you the opportunity to catch any potential problems beforehand, which could sour a sale.  This gives you the opportunity to correct the problem at your own leisure and on your own terms, rather than having to make the fix during the very small window of the contract for sale.  The smallest problem can scare off a buyer.  Why wouldn't you want to be sure there would be no surprises that could kill the sale?
