Please call for home inspection & radon testing cost estimate

A home inspection is not a warranty.  There are warranties which can be purchased on the open market.  If what you want is a warranty, then you should purchase one.  An inspection is not a warranty, either express or implied. An inspection is also not an exhaustive assessment of the systems in the home.  That would require several specialists to do exhaustive testing of the systems.  The inspection is a visual assessment only.  It does not include anything not in plain view or inaccessible to the inspector.  It's purpose is to discover potential problems which may require further investigation by a specialist, and to give the home buyer/owner a general idea of the condition of the home, as well as to educate the homeowner as to how to care for the property.
